| :: Of snobbish China girls and the unforgettable night at the Crazy Horse..
:: | | 12:03 AM |
| | | | | |
Went to work at the Crazy Horse on Friday.
Yeah, the place with the topless dancing girls. I didn't actually catch the full performance though, just a couple of minutes at the end. Four words: Not worth the hype. Seriously, with all the dim lighting plus coloured lights flashiing in your face every 2 seconds, you couldn't see a thing.
The function was not under GWP but a favour from Jess to an ex-barman who used to work there. Let me tell you, working there is not for the faint hearted. The angmohs are like groping you everywhere, intentional or not. I prefer to go with the fact that they are over-friendly. And you have to deal with the drunks and the runaway bills.
However, one perk is that the people there are like, super goregeous and 1.8 meters tall at least and the women, super thin. I actually felt fat and short standing next to them.
While some of the women came with the men, it's quite obvious at 1st glance which ones are the gold diggers and which ones are not. Most of them appear not to know each other. But by the end of the night, most of them were either giving or receiving lap dances and erm, getting to know each other in a very intimate manner.
I bloody hate the new China girls at GWP. So freaking snobbish. If you think clearing plates is beneath you, why come to work at all? If you want to work, why not prove it by taking care of your own table instead assuming that people will do it for you? I'M NOT YOUR REAKIN' MAID!!, I don't care if you have 3 thousand people waiting on you hand and foot back in China. You are not in China anymore.
And stop thinking that you are so beautiful. Reality check: You're not, not even close. Your face is llike the after part of an accident.
So you can take your high and mighty ego and go shove it up your ass. Fark you

| :: Living Hell
:: | | 6:11 AM |
| | | | | |
I'm back!!
Living for the past month or so without Internet was living hell. It gets worse if you're living under the roof of a tyrant.
Who made my poor mom wash clothes at 2 f-king a.m. The landlord I had was one deluded, not to mention utterly insane B.I.T.C.H! And had the audacity to complain to my mom that I didn't show her an ounce of respect.
I'll show you respect if I think you deserve it, you old, wrinkled hag. It is people like her that makes me lose hope for all of mankind.
Pretty shitty stuff happened to me over these 2 months or so. Lately, I found out that target #32564 had a fiance. Fiance! OMG, that was so wrong. I completely lost all interest straight away. Then Xuan told me that I could always break them up.
WTF. I may not be a saint but neither do I go around breaking people up. I have principles, even though to some people I have absolutely no good points whatsoever.
All I can do is to wish them all the best. What the heck, its not like he's the ONE or anything.
And speaking of Xuan, I find myself disliking her more and more. First it's the breaking people up thing, now even XH is finding things fishy between her and someone who-shall-not-be-named. When some 'interrogation' was conducted, she vehemently denied everything.
Yeah, like hell you're not interested. It's all over her blog. Why bother keeping it a secret when people can easily access your blog and put two and two together?
For the life of me, I can't figure out why so many guys are interested in her. Until Michael gallantly pointed out to me, 'she's got big boobs, you don't know meh?'
'Ding!' (Light bulb) Why would I bother noticing a female's boobs?? Men..
On Tuesday, went to the Istana for a little event called the swearing in of the Prime Minister and the Cabinet. You may have heard of it??
Bloody hot that day. Try skirting tables under the sun at 12 noon. Worked together with a bunch of Bali trainees who wiped glasses in the shade all afternoon while I was 'suntanning'. KNNBCCB.
Jess was quite pissed cause all the hard work was done by the BQT staff and Michael was grumbling under his breath all afternoon. Can't blame them, I myself wanted to pull out all their nice-smelling hair strand by strand and hear them scream.
Went to bathe in the evening cause I smelled like roses after standing in the sun all afternoon. The dead ones. We took our own sweet time which was awesome. I never thought I will feel anything but sticky again. Listening to Jess scolding all the Bali trainees at the briefing was the best thing ever.
What else...
Oh yeah..
Last month I performed a very sacred task: voting in the GE. My first time eligible and able to vote!
I guess I'm kinda lucky cause my voting address was atill registered under the old one which was East Coast GRC. And my new house was on the boundary of Marine Parade GRC. I was like, Phew! Almost didn't get to cast my very precious and important vote.
Let me tell you: after the initial excitement of getting to vote for the very first time, the voting process itself was a letdown. Cause I thought at first that I was under Aljunied GRC so I only followed the Aljunied GRC news. Imagine my suprise when I got to the booth and found out that it was actually EC GRC I was under. I was like, Shit, I don't recognise any of the names!
What a stupid mistake to make.
