:: HK Trip :: 5:19 AM

Yay! Finally figured out how to post pictures on my blog! Anyway, here goes:

Came back from HK two weeks ago, but too lazy to post anything. My bad… The trip itself was great in general with some good and bad parts. The good parts first:

The shopping! I stayed near their equivalent of Orchard Road, only that the shops are not that high class and the atmosphere was more of an open market. Bargain hunter’s heaven! Never seen so much counterfeit goods in my life. You name it, they counterfeit it. Lol.

The flights. We took the Jet Star Asia and the service was quite good. The stewards and stewardesses were super friendly and chatty. You will never guess that they were working; they were having so much fun. Sort of like KR of previous years before all the politics spoiled the whole atmosphere. Also, their uniform was quite trendy for an airline. See below:

My brother happened to be wearing something similar that day! Lol

The bad parts:

Some auntie tried to cut my queue at the airport on my return journey home! WTF. I was queuing to get past immigration, was the last in line for about five minutes maybe, then this group of about four to five aunties came up from behind and waited for like five seconds before poking (!) me saying that they knew some guy that was standing in front of me. The fellow don't even know them lor, he just gave them this weird look. I was there first lor, already pissed that the immigration people were taking their own sweet time stamping other people's passports, then this bunch of people showed up trying to cut my queue. For goodness sake, I'm just one person in the queue lor. How much time you want to save? Use your brain and try to cut your way into the queue of people in front of me lar. Think I'm a pushover right? I told them that one more person in the queue wasn't going to make a difference, just because they are the Mainland Chinese (no offense meant, just some bad apples in their midst) with all their money doesn’t make them a law onto themselves and to shove their passports up where the sun doesn't shine. Except for the last part, sadly, which I didn’t know how to convey in Chinese. Still got the guts to grumble about me somemore.

The lechers. Don’t know why the men there are so filled with lust lor. Once in a while, they will try to walk up and bump into you if you are not careful. Strange, considering you can see all these sex aids they are selling in the Men’s Street. Maybe, the women are not giving them the release they crave? And it's not just the pretty young things on the streets, they target every person that can be considered a member of the female species.

The last bit provocative hor? I will try to make it a more family themed blog in the future. Haha
